The credit card payment process is unnecessarily complicated. It’s frustrating that we are required to buy cryptocurrency just to complete the order instead of being able to pay directly with a credit card. This adds an extra step, making the purchase process inconvenient. A more straightforward payment method would greatly improve the user experience.

Sir, our credit card payment method works in such a way that you have to buy cryptocurrency for the amount of your order which is transferred to us via Simplex.
It is not that complicated, you just have to follow the steps and your payment is done.

It works like this:
1. The customer of our store comes to the payment gateway of the exchanger.
2. He has to confirm his phone number by entering the phone number and then the code from the SMS
3. He has to confirm his email by entering the email and then entering the code received by email
4. After that, the customer can enter the card details and the purchase of cryptocurrency takes place, which is transferred to us.
5. The customer is redirected to the e-shop to the thank you page for the completed order.
It is important that customers use real phone numbers, emails and do not use VPN during the payment process, otherwise they may be blocked by the exchanger.

I have been shopping from them for nearly half a year, except once i have never faced any diffculty! Just once the courier lost my package and their team reshipped my parcel. Shame there's no other option to pay than the bank transfer. Just to confirm that my payment had been accepted took 3 days. Apart from this, everything is perfect. The goods are fine. You just have to wait a little while to receive them. So don't order at the last minute.
